Heatload Calculation
- Square Footage: Multiply the length by width to get the total square footage.
- Square Footage=Length (ft)×Width (ft)
Example: A room is 12 feet long and 15 feet wide.
12 × 15 = 180 sq ft
Determine BTUs Required:
Standard Calculation: Multiply the square footage by 65 BTUs per square foot. BTUs Required=Square Footage×65 BTUs Required
